Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Domestic first class shipments are in transit for 2-7 days depending on your region. Packages originate in Florida, USA. Orders placed before 2 PM EDS, M-F, will be dispatched the same day, except on national holidays , otherwise, within the next business day. If delivery time has exceeded the forecast time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation. Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link to follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Overnight or expedited shipping is available at an increased cost.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with our product. FREE RETURNS & 1st EXCHANGE FOR 30 DAYS. Carefully review the sizing information on the product page for more information before placing your order. Aqua Moccs will feel more snug than typical clogs or sandals when new and will slowly morph to the shape of your foot.
If your sandals have not performed in line with your expectations, or you have general questions about fit, please contact us anytime at service@zoolios.com.

Web Site Purchases
Your 1st exchange of UNUSED merchandise within 30 calendar days from the shipping date is always free when using original packaging. Exchange orders are cancelled if returns are not received within 21 days.
We will gladly accept your return of UNUSED merchandise within 30 calendar days from the shipping date for a full refund less shipping.
If using a different box or package for exchanges of returns, you may be charged additionally based on weight.
See the below instructions to receive return/exchange documentation and a shipping label. Any indication of wearing or outdoor use nullifies returns and exchanges.
How to Return or Exchange

7. If not using the original shipping package, indicate the total weight of sandals plus return/exchange package or box. Incorrect weight will result in delayed shipping and / extra charges.
We will email you a customized shipping label based on your needs within 2-3 business days. Returns will be refunded to the original card used to purchase the item(s) once the item has been returned and inspected for UNUSED condition.
Damaged or Defective Product
If you feel your product is defective as a result of a manufacturing or design defect anytime within a FULL YEAR please email us at service@zoolios.com for a replacement. If your sandals rip, tear, break or fail in any way we will replace with no questions asked. (Shipping extra.)
To expedite your concern, please see the general guidelines below to help determine if your product will be considered defective by our review team. A Defective Product is an imperfection in a product that has a manufacturing or design defect. Examples of what is not considered defective:

Shrinkage or deformation caused by excess heat. Do not place in dryer, or leave for extended periods of time in a high heat environment greater than 140 degrees.

Damage that is a result from misuse, normal wear and tear or damage occurred during storage.

Worn soles.

Product acquired from aftermarket sources such as online auction sites, liquidators, consignment shops, private sellers and salesman samples.

Improper fit. Fit is the responsibility of the owner and should be assured within return window.
Please note, Zoolios are built to last. Models were tested extensively including daily aquatic use over a 60 day period without issue or significant loss of utility, other than some scuffing to the sole and mild loss of elasticity of the straps and sandal body. With normal recreational use, your sandals should last for years.
